Game Modes

In KICKDOM, players can engage in various game modes tailored to different playstyles. Whether you prefer an automated management experience or real-time action gameplay, the game offers a variety of ways to compete, train, and progress.

Standard Matches (PvE & PvP)

These matches form the core of the game, allowing players to test their teams against AI or real opponents.

  • PvE (Against AI): Compete against AI-controlled teams, with difficulty scaling based on your league and progress.

  • PvP (Against Players): Face off against real opponents in ranked or unranked matches.

  • Results depend on player stats, tactics, and random match events.

  • Available in simulation mode (auto-play) or active play mode (manual control).

League & Seasonal Play

  • Matches are played within 28-day seasons, after which players and teams progress or regress based on their performance.

  • Promotion & Relegation: The best-performing teams move up to higher leagues, while lower-ranked teams may be demoted.

  • At the end of each season:

    • Players age by 1 year 📆

    • Older players fatigue faster and are more prone to injuries 🤕

    • They can be retired into the Temple of Legends to become coaches or boost specific buildings.

Tournaments & Guild Wars

  • Tournaments: Regular competitions where players can win tokens, rare assets, and leaderboard rewards.

  • Guild Wars: Teams within the same guild can participate in special challenges to unlock exclusive buildings, skins, and additional passive income sources.

Friendly Matches & Training

  • Friendly Matches: Play casual matches against friends or AI without ranking implications.

  • Training Mode: Optimize your team’s stats through dedicated training sessions.

  • Provides XP, fatigue reduction, and tactical improvement without affecting official league standings.

Interactive Match Gameplay

Unlike traditional management games, KICKDOM will soon allow real-time match control

  • Choose between:

    • Full Simulation Mode – AI manages everything based on pre-set tactics.

    • Active Play Mode – Take control of your players and make strategic decisions in real time.

  • Use in-game boosts (Magic Powder, Boost Kit, etc.) to enhance your team’s performance dynamically.

  • Gain an edge through precise player positioning and tactical decision-making.
