In Kickdom, every player is unique, with their own strengths, weaknesses, and potential. As a manager, your ability to scout, train, and strategically use your players will determine your success on the field. With multiple positions, rarities, and key attributes, Kickdom offers a deep and rewarding team-building experience.

Player Positions & Roles

Each player belongs to one of four key positions:

  • Attacker (FW) – Specializes in offensive play, high shooting, speed, and attack stats.

  • Midfielder (MF) – The engine of the team, balancing defense, attack, and technical ability.

  • Defender (DF) – Focuses on blocking attacks, tackling, and maintaining defensive stability.

  • Goalkeeper (GK) – The last line of defense, with strong goalkeeping and reaction skills.

Each position has different stat progressions based on their role, making strategic team composition essential for victory.

Player Rarity & Strength

Players are categorized into six rarity levels, which influence their stats and potential growth. Higher rarity players have significantly better stats and long-term progression.

Key Player Stats

Each player has a set of attributes that impact their in-game performance. These stats evolve through training and match experience.

The displayed rating is an average of the following statistics based on the position: - Forward : attack + technick + speed + shoot - Midfielder : technick + defense - Defender : defense + technick + speed - Goalkeeper : goalkeeper

Tackling, blocking, and stopping opponent advances.

Attack

Ability to create goal opportunities and break through defenses.

Goalkeeping

Reflexes and shot-stopping ability.

Technique / Dribble

Ball control and skill moves.

Speed

Sprint ability and acceleration.

Shooting

Precision and power of shots on goal.

Tiredness

Endurance levels and stamina recovery.

Moral

Player confidence and match performance consistency.

Health

Resistance to injuries and overall physical condition.

Potential

Maximum possible improvement of a player over time.

Age

Determines growth potential—younger players can develop more.

Scouting & Finding New Talents

  • Youth players can be discovered through the Academy.

  • The rarity of scouted players is influenced by scouting duration and investment.

  • Player trades, auctions, and Guild sharing allow for dynamic team building.

Player Aging & Seasonal Progression

Every season lasts 28 days, and at the end of each season, all player cards age by 1 year. As players get older, their performance and endurance gradually decline:

  • They stop evolving beyond a certain age.

  • They fatigue more quickly and require more recovery time.

  • They become more prone to injuries, making rotation and squad depth crucial.

To maintain value and optimize team composition, players can be repurposed in strategic ways:

  • Temple of Legends: Retired players can be converted into coaches, enhancing the development of younger talents.

  • Building Assignments: Some experienced players can be assigned to specific buildings within the club, boosting their efficiency and improving overall operations.

This system ensures that player cards retain utility even beyond their peak years, fostering long-term engagement and strategic decision-making in Kickdom's ecosystem.
